RIZE’s client is looking to recruit a Game Community Operation Manager (m/f/d) in Russia.

Your Responsibilities:

• Operate the gamer community, including the rules and implementation of operational activities and take responsibility for indicators such as community addition, activity as well as recharge
• Perform commercial monetization based on the characteristics of target game users, optimize paid content and commercial operation methods and increase revenue
• Through the content introduction, processing, and distribution, core KOLs are cultivated to promote active user activity in the game community and create a favorable environment for game communication
• Continuously review user-profiles and explore reusable excellent operation experience based on data analysis and operation results

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with Russian listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills preferred
• More than 2 years of experience in the operation of the game community and gained successful operation cases
• Be proficient in online games and have a great passion for games
• Deep insights into the community operation methods of various gaming companies
• Have strong data analysis capabilities
• Be able to independently analyze data and provide data insight results to continuously optimize operation experience
