Role: FTTx Project Manager

**Contract Length: **12 Months AUG (Want someone that wants perm after 12 months)

Location: Darmstadt (2 days home office, 3 days in Darmstadt)

Pay Rate: €65,000 (If someone wants more we can discuss on a case by case basis)

Language Skills: Fluent German (English is advantageous but not a must)

Top 3 Skills:

1. Checking civil works build onsite

2. Coordination of partners companies – Creating work packages etc

3. Previous FTTX Deployment Project Experience

They will get full use of a pool car when they have to go from office to sites with fuel card included (Will not be for private use)

• You are responsible for the implementation, organization and monitoring of several FTTx fiber optic network projects, including the system technology components.

• The collection and management of area-specific support from external service providers for construction and assembly work as well as for the assembly of system technical components is one of their tasks.

• The technical implementation of all network components of the fiber optic cable networks, the Cu cable networks, the FttX networks as well as the broadband networks for the construction of private and business customer connections is part of your tasks, as well as the material orders and organization of technical equipment, including coordination and acceptance of the on-time and cost-effective construction services.

• Supervision of the commissioning, including the responsibility to ensure that the documentation is transferred to the existing documentation software in an error-free and realistic manner. In addition, you will be responsible for project-related communication with cities and municipalities, customers, suppliers and other process participants.
