• Skilled Install or replace mCAN(access equipment) and relevant copper cable splicing in the specific Manhole, and communicate with Swisscom NOC if meet safeapp issue during swap
• After installation or replacement mCAN, take some photos and upload into HUAWEI ISDP according to guideline.
• Project implementation in term of progress, quality and cost according to project plan and technical solutions together with project team
• Understand FTTS SOW (Scope of Work), key terms and customer requirements
• Observe, identify, track and resolve delivery issues or problems end to end
• Communication with team members, enhance customer satisfaction and promote the market consolidation and development

Requirements

• Have much experience on civil work (Field work), know the implementation process in manhole. Especially has know-how on copper splicing.
• Be familiar with copper access network engineering standards and specifications, relevant products and elements knowledge
• As advantage: availability of experience on Swisscom FTTx project
• With common knowledge of relevant laws and EHS rule.
• Be good at communication coordination external and internal, well communication management ability and team management ability.
• Good at finding and solving problems and has a good sense of balancing and controlling a project.
• With mandatory German or French. Fluent verbal and written communication in English
• Have legal driving license.
