Geforderte Kompetenzen

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum (Bau-)Techniker (m/w/d) oder (Bau-)Ingenieur (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Berufserfahrung im Bauingenieurwesen und in Glasfasernetzen
• Gute Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement und in der Glasfasertechnik
• Mitarbeit am Bau Kommunikation und Marketing mit Marketing und Vertrieb
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Problemlösungskompetenz
• Hohes Maß an Engagement und Teamgeist

Sprachkenntnisse

• Deutschkenntnisse auf C-Niveau

Reisen

• Führerschein der Klasse B und Reisebereitschaft

Aufgaben

• Bauüberwachung und Terminüberwachung
• Frühzeitige Abstimmung und Überwachung erforderlicher Genehmigungen
• Prüfung der Bauleistungen auf Einhaltung von Ausführungsplänen und Leistungsbeschreibungen sowie Normen, Vorschriften und Genehmigungen
• Einhaltung von Qualitätsvorgaben
• Steuerung/Koordination der Subunternehmergewerke – Tiefbau/Montage/Vermessung
• Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung der Messungen, Abschlussdokumentation
• Kontrolle/Koordination der Abnahme unmittelbar nach Fertigstellung
• Auditierung von Subunternehmern

Required Skills

• Completed training as a (construction) technician (m/f/d) or (construction) engineer (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in civil engineering and fiber optic networks
• Good knowledge of project management and fiber optic technology
• Cooperation in construction communication and marketing with marketing and sales
• Independent, structured and responsible way of working, communication skills and problem-solving skills
• High level of commitment and team spirit

• Class B driving license and willingness to travel

Responsibilities

• Construction supervision and deadline monitoring
• Early coordination and monitoring of required permits
• Examination of the construction work for compliance with execution plans and service descriptions as well as standards, regulations and permits
• Compliance with quality specifications
• Control / coordination of the subcontractor trades - civil engineering / installation / surveying
• Participation in the creation of the measurements, final documentation
• Control / coordination of acceptance immediately after completion
• Audit of subcontractors
