Ihr Profil und Ihre Aufgaben:

• Koordinierung mit externen Planern und Dienstleistern
• Botschafterfunktion sowohl nach außen (gegenüber der Stadt, Kunden und Lieferanten) als auch nach innen
• Kommunikation in Bezug auf Projektentwicklung, Kosten und Qualität (Baukostencontrolling)
• Qualitätsmanagement der Projektdurchführung
• Unterbreitung von Vorschlägen zur Modifikation von Projektabläufen
• Überwachung, Koordination und Umsetzung der Arbeiten innerhalb Ihrer Projekte
• Sie haben mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung von Tiefbau- und / oder Breitbandausbauprojekten
• Der Umgang mit Kunden und Mitarbeitern sowie die kaufmännische Vertrags-, Angebots- und Abrechnungsabwicklung sind Ihnen bestens vertraut.

Your Profile and Responsibilities:

• Coordination with external planners and service providers
• Acting as an ambassador, both externally (towards the city, customers and suppliers) and internally
• Communication with regard to project development, costs and quality (construction cost controlling)
• Quality management of the project implementation
• Submission of suggestions for the modification of project processes
• Monitoring, coordination and implementation of the work within your projects
• You have at least three years of experience in managing civil engineering sites and / or broadband expansion projects
• You are fully familiar with dealing with customers and staff, as well as commercial contract, offer and billing processes
• In addition to a salary in line with the market, you receive a profit-sharing bonus, company car and other interesting benefits
