Ihr Profil und Ihre Aufgaben:

• Verantwortung für den Projektprozess
• Koordination/Steuerung von großvolumigen Projekten in einer Region und Projektleiter vor Ort
• Kommunikation mit Behörden, Ämtern, Gemeindevertretern usw.
• Überwachung des Einsatzes von Nachunternehmern, Bauleitern
• Einsatz-, Kosten- und Zeitmanagement
• Ständig aktuelle Dokumentation und Berichterstattung über den Projektfortschritt an die technische Leitung und die Geschäftsleitung
• Bindeglied zwischen der technischen Leitung und den Projekt- bzw. Bauleitern
• Abnahme der Arbeiten der Subunternehmer
• Schnittstelle zu Vertrieb und Kundenmanagement

Your Profile and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the project process
• Coordination/control of large-volume projects in a region and project manager on site
• Communication with authorities, offices, community representatives, etc.
• Supervision of the use of subcontractors, site managers
• Deployment, cost and time management
• Constantly updated documentation and reporting on the progress of the project to the technical management and the executive board
• Liaison between the technical management and the project or site managers
• Acceptance of the subcontractors’ work
• Interface to sales and customer management
