  Bedarf

• Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Techniker in Kommunikationstechnik, Bauwesen oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Gute Kenntnis der einschlägigen Vorschriften (DIN18300, ZTV, RSA 95, VOB)
• Erfahrung im Baumanagement im Tiefbau oder vergleichbar
• Kunden- und serviceorientiertes Denken und Handeln
• Professionelles und verbindliches Erscheinungsbild
• Teamorientierung und Durchsetzungsvermögen
• Erfahrung in der Leitung und Entwicklung von Teams
• Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse
• Mindestens Führerscheinklasse B.
• Pioniergeist, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität

Your Tasks

• Control of subcontractors
