Ihre Aufgaben:

• Überwachen der Ausführung des Objektes auf Übereinstimmung mit den Ausführungsplänen und den Leistungsbeschreibungen sowie mit den Vorgaben des AG, des Fördermittelgebers, den allgemein anerkannten Regeln der Technik und den einschlägigen Vorschriften und Normen (DIN, EN, VDE etc.)
• Überwachen der Einhaltung aller sicherheitsrelevanter Themen auf der Baustelle
• Vertreter des Bauherrn/Auftraggeber auf der Baustelle
• Koordinierung von Bauüberwachung, Backoffice, Dienstleistern (PD, Vermesser, SiGeKo etc.)
• Kooperation mit allen internen und externen Schnittstellenpartnern
• Aufstellen und Überwachen von Bauzeitenplänen
• Datenmanagement im Aufgabenbereich
• Durchführung von regelmäßigen Besprechungen
• Dokumentation von Baufortschritt, Vorkommnissen etc. nach Vorgabe des Auftraggebers
• Direktes Reporting in Richtung Auftraggeber/Projektmanagement
• Nutzung und Pflege eines Auftraggeber-seitig gestellten Rollouttools
• Erstellung von Kommunikationsplänen, Kontaktlisten, Organigrammen
• Erstellung, Abstimmung und Überwachung von Prozessen im Bauablauf

Your Responsibilities:

• Monitoring of the execution of the object for compliance with the execution plans and the performance specifications as well as with the specifications of the client, the funding agency, the generally recognized rules of technology and the relevant regulations and standards (DIN, EN, VDE etc.)
• Monitoring of compliance with all safety-related issues on the construction site
• Representative of the client/principal on the construction site
• Coordination of construction supervision, back office, service providers (PD, surveyor, SiGeKo etc.)
• Cooperation with all internal and external interface partners
• Preparation and monitoring of construction schedules
• Data management in the area of responsibility
• Conducting regular meetings
• Documentation of construction progress, incidents, etc. according to the client’s specifications
• Direct reporting to the client/project management
• Use and maintenance of a rollout tool provided by the client
• Creation of communication plans, contact lists, organizational charts
• Creation, coordination and monitoring of processes in the construction process
