Für einen unserer Kunden suchen wir einen FTTx Bauleiter (m/w/d) in Uckermark.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Als Breitband-Baubetreuer übernehmen Sie die Bauleitung von Breitbandprojekten
• Sie stellen die Schnittstellen zu Bauprojekten des Kunden sicher und überwachen und koordinieren die internen und externen Auftragnehmer
• Sie sorgen für die erfolgreiche und termingerechte Umsetzung der Bauprojekte sowie für die Überwachung und Steuerung der Kosten und des eingesetzten Materials
• In Ihrer Position als Bauleiter sind Sie verantwortlich für die Kontrolle und Abnahme von Bauleistungen, Aufmaß und Abrechnung sowie die Dokumentation
• Sie sind verantwortlich für die Einhaltung der Förderbedingungen in geförderten Bereichen sowie für die Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften und gesetzlichen Bestimmungen

Ihr Profil:

• Die besten Voraussetzungen haben Sie, wenn Sie über einen Meister-/Technikerabschluss mit IT-/Nachrichtentechnik- oder E-Technik-Ausbildung verfügen
• Sie haben bereits Erfahrung in der Bauleitung Infrastruktur oder Telekommunikation
• Für die Position des Bauleiters Breitbandausbau sollten Sie bereits Projekterfahrung FttB / H o.ä. haben und über Erfahrungen mit Dokumentationssystemen (GIS, SAP PM, Command,) verfügen
• Wichtig ist uns auch, dass Sie Entscheidungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Eigeninitiative, Ergebnis- und Kundenorientierung mitbringen

RIZE’s client is looking to recruit a FTTx Site Manager (m/f/d) in Uckermark.

Your Responsibilities:

• As a broadband construction supervisor, you will be responsible for construction management of broadband projects
• You will ensure the interfaces to the customer’s construction projects and monitor and coordinate the internal and external contractors
• You will ensure the successful and timely implementation of construction projects as well as the monitoring and control of costs and materials used
• In your position as construction manager, you are responsible for the control and acceptance of construction services, measurement and invoicing as well as documentation
• You are responsible for compliance with funding conditions in funded areas as well as for compliance with safety regulations and legal requirements

Your Profile:

• You have the best prerequisites if you have a master craftsman’s/technician’s degree with IT/communications engineering or electrical engineering training
• You already have experience in infrastructure or telecommunications site management
• For the position of construction manager broadband expansion you should already have project experience FttB / H or similar and have experience with documentation systems (GIS, SAP PM, Command,)
• It is also important to us that you have decision-making and communication skills as well as initiative, result and customer orientation
