Erfahrener Bauleiter mit Straßenprojekten - Qualitätsprüfung beim Straßengraben (Autobahnen / Straßen)

Aufgaben:

• Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung aller Arbeitsprozesse im Straßenbau, Tiefbau und Tiefbau

• Unterstützung und Vertretung der Bauleitung

• Koordination und Prüfung von Subunternehmern

• Durchführung von Abnahme- und Abhilfemaßnahmen für Subunternehmer

• Sie müssen nicht aus der Telekommunikation stammen, da die Versorgungsunternehmen diese Erfahrung mit dem Ausgraben von Asphalt-, Beton- und Asphaltstraßen haben.

Qualifikationen:

• mehrjährige Erfahrung im Tiefbau (wünschenswert im Bereich Telekommunikation)

• fundierte Kenntnisse der Installations- und Leitungstechnik

• sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Telekommunikationsnetze

• Kenntnis deutscher technischer Normen wie ZTV, DIN-Normen wie 0800 und des VOB Kenntnis des Genehmigungsverfahrens für Wegerechte

• Erste Managementerfahrung

• Passagierlizenz Klasse B.

• Starke Deutschkenntnisse

Experienced bauleiter with road projects - able to do quality inspection for road digging (highways / streets)

Duties:

• Planning, control and monitoring of all work processes involved in road surface work, civil engineering and tiefbau construction work

• Support and representation of the construction management

• Coordination and testing of subcontractors

• Execution of acceptance and remedial measures for subcontractors

• Responsibility for monitoring compliance with occupational safety and environmental protection regulations

• Experience working on highway / road construction on public roads where they have to control & permit for traffic

• Do not need them to come from a telecoms background as utilities people will have this experience digging up Asphalt, Concrete and tarmac roads.

Qualifications:

• several years of experience in civil engineering (desirable in the field of telecommunications)

• sound knowledge of installation and line technology

• very good knowledge of German local line telecommunications networks

• knowledge of German technical Standards such as ZTVs, DIN standards such as 0800 and the VOB Knowledge of the approval process for rights of way

• First management experience

• Passenger license class B

• Strong German language Skills
