Für einen unserer Kunden suchen wir einen FTTH-Ausbauleiter (m/w/d) Osnabrück.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Mitwirkung bei der Angebotsbearbeitung und Akquisition
• Weiterleitung und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen, Angebotseinholungen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung
• Kenntnisnahme von abweichenden Kalkulationsgrundlagen, z. B. abweichende-Zeitansätze und Materialqualitäten, Zusatzleistungen
• Mitwirkung bei der Nachkalkulation als Grundlage für zukünftige Angebotskalkulationen
• Technische Leitung, Auftragsabwicklung
• Überwachung der Projekte im Hinblick auf die zeitlichen und wirtschaftlichen Anforderungen der Projekte und Baustellen
• Erfassung, Umsetzung und Kontrolle der aktuellen Planungsvorgaben (Planungshandbücher) der Kunden (z.B. Netzbetreiber)
• Technische und kaufmännische Verantwortung für das Bauprojekt
• Erstellung einer Vorkalkulation und eines Bauzeitenplans (Definition des Bedarfs an Material, Teilleistungen, Fahrzeugen, Geräten, Werkzeugen, Messmitteln)
• Überwachung und Kontrolle der termingerechten und vollständigen Kommissionierung der Baustelle im Lager
• Einweisung der verantwortlichen Teams mit Übergabe der Projektkurzbeschreibung und des Terminplans
• Durchführung der Arbeitsabläufe auf der Baustelle, regelmäßige Baustellenbesuche
• Beauftragung, Koordination, Überwachung und Abrechnung von Nachunternehmerleistungen
• Wöchentliche Überprüfung der Reisekosten-, Stunden-, Akkordabrechnungen
• Wöchentliche Erstellung der Abrechnungsgrundlage für den Kunden (Aufmaß), falls erforderlich
• Zeitnahe Erstellung von Nachtragsangeboten, Abrechnung derselben
• Projektverfolgung, wie z. B. Reporting, Kontrolle, Terminverfolgung
• Meldung von Abweichungen im Bauablauf an die Geschäftsführung (Verschiebung von Bauzeiten, zusätzliche Leistungen, Wegfall von Leistungen, neue Kundenanforderungen)
• Vorbereitung und Durchführung der termingerechten Abnahme mit dem Kunden, verbunden mit der Zusammenstellung und Übergabe der Kundendokumentation an den Kunden
• Veranlassung und Kontrolle von eventuellen Mängeln sowie rechtzeitige Beseitigung dieser beim Kunden
• Vorbereitung der Rechnungsstellung nach der Abnahme
• Rechtzeitige und sachlich richtige Abgabe des Leistungsberichtes
• Führung des Personals - Führung und Information des unterstellten Personals (Zielvorgaben für das Bauprojekt) und die Motivation der Mitarbeiter
• Durchführung von Brandschutz-, Arbeitsschutz- und Arbeitssicherheitsunterweisungen mit dem Baustellenpersonal vor Beginn eines jeden Bauvorhabens
• Meldung des eigenen Schulungsbedarfs sowie des Schulungsbedarfs der unterstellten Monteure, Vorarbeiter, Baustelleneinrichter, Auszubildenden
• Wie auch sonstiges - Meldung des Investitionsbedarfs an die Geschäftsleitung
• Informationspflicht hinsichtlich anstehender Prüftermine für Prüf- und Messmittel, Leitern und ortsveränderliche elektrische Anlagen
• Durchführung der jährlichen Inventur für das Umlauf- und Anlagevermögen auf den Baustellen

RIZE’s client is looking to recruit a FTTH Expansion Manager (m/f/d) in Osnabrück.

Your Responsibilities:

• Participation in bid processing and acquisition
• Forwarding and processing of customer inquiries, requests for quotations in cooperation with the management
• Acknowledgment of deviating calculation bases, e. B. deviating actual time approaches and material qualities, additional services
• Participation in post-calculation as a basis for future quotation calculations
• Technical management, order processing
• Monitoring of the projects with regard to the time and economic requirements of the projects and construction sites
• Acquisition, implementation and control of the current planning specifications (planning manuals) of the customers (e.g. network operators)
• Technical and commercial responsibility for the construction project
• Creation of a preliminary calculation and a construction schedule (definition of the need for material, sub-services, vehicles, devices, tools, measuring equipment)
• Monitoring and checking the timely and complete picking of the construction site in the warehouse
• Instruction of the responsible teams with handover of the project brief description and the time schedule
• Implementation of work processes on the construction site, regular construction site visits
• Commissioning, coordination, monitoring and billing of subcontracting services
• Weekly review of travel expenses, hourly, piecework accounts
• Weekly preparation of the billing basis for the customer (measurements) if necessary
• Prompt preparation of supplementary offers, billing of the same
• Project tracking, such as reporting, control, deadline tracking
• Notification of deviations in the construction process to management (postponement of construction times, additional services, discontinuation of services, new customer requirements)
• Preparation and implementation of the timely acceptance with the customer, associated with the compilation and delivery of the customer documentation to the customer
• Initiation and control of possible deficiencies as well as timely cancellation of these at the customer
• Preparation of invoicing after acceptance
• Timely and factually correct submission of the performance report
• Personnel management - Management and information of the subordinate personnel (objectives for the construction project)
• Employee motivation
• Implementation of fire protection, occupational health and safety and occupational safety instructions with the construction site personnel before the start of each construction project
• Reporting of your own training needs as well as the training needs of the subordinate fitters, foremen, site fitters, trainees
• Other: Notification of the need for investments to the management
• Duty to provide information with regard to upcoming test dates for test and measuring equipment, ladders and portable electrical systems
• Carrying out the annual inventory for current and fixed assets on the construction sites
