Ihr Profil und Ihre Aufgaben:

• Teilnahme an Ausschusssitzungen und Diskussionen
• Sitzung des Turn-On Cycle Change Advisory Board (TOC-CAB)
• Teilnahme an Sitzungen, die der Behandlung von Ad-hoc- oder Sondersituationen oder Ausnahmefällen im Rahmen des Notfallmanagements dienen
• Detailplanung: Meilensteine/Ergebnisse, Aktivitäten, Ressourcen
• Detailabstimmung mit der AG auf Gesamtprojekt- und Einzelprojektebene
• Abstimmung der relevanten Meilensteine mit den Ansprechpartnern des AG
• Erteilung von Arbeitsaufträgen an die Mitarbeiter
• Beauftragung/Einkauf und Koordination der Leistungen von Nachunternehmern
• Überwachung und Kontrolle: einschließlich Fortschrittskontrolle, Terminüberwachung, Terminanpassung und Abstimmung mit den Ansprechpartnern des AG sowie Berichtswesen an den Auftraggeber.
• Bewertung von NÄM (Zeitplanung, Ressourcenbedarf, Kosten, Risiken) sowie Planung und Durchführung von NÄM
• Bewertung von Installations- und Migrationsszenarien
• Überwachung der Lieferantenkapazitäten für den Rollout und Behebung möglicher GAPs mit Unterstützung der Stakeholder
• Verantwortung für die Erstellung und Durchführung des Rollout-Plans, einschließlich der Kundenabnahme
• Verantwortung für das Management des Rollout-Fortschritts
• Verantwortung für die Sicherstellung, dass der Einführungsumfang in Bezug auf Kosten, Zeit und erforderliche Qualität eingehalten wird
• Verantwortung für die Überwachung und Bereitstellung der operativen Sichtbarkeit, um eine ordnungsgemäße Projektberichterstattung durch das PMO sicherzustellen

RIZE’s client is looking to recruit a Rollout Manager (m/f/d) in Halle (Saale).

Your Profile and Responsibilities:

• Participate in committee meetings and discussions
• Meeting on the Turn-On Cycle Change Advisory Board (TOC-CAB)
• Participation in meetings that serve to deal with ad-hoc or special situations or exceptional cases within the framework of emergency management
• Detailed planning: milestones/results, activities, resources
• Detailed coordination with the AG at overall project and individual project level
• Coordination of the relevant milestones with the contact persons of the AG
• Issuing work orders to the employees
• Commissioning/purchasing and coordination of services by subcontractors
• Monitoring and control: including progress control, deadline monitoring, deadline adjustment and coordination with the client’s contact persons, as well as reporting to the client.
• Evaluation of NÄM (time planning, resource requirements, costs, risks) as well as planning and implementation of NÄM evaluation of installation and migration scenarios
• Monitoring supplier capacities for the rollout and resolving potential GAPs with stakeholder support
• Responsibility for the creation and execution of the rollout plan, including customer acceptance
• Responsibility for managing the rollout progress
• Responsibility for ensuring that the rollout scope is delivered in terms of cost, time and required quality
• Responsibility for monitoring and providing operational visibility to ensure proper project reporting by the PMO
