Create and manage project plan
Project quality management
Subcontractor management
Strict timeline follow-up
Regular meetings
AP tracking
Project reporting
Dashboard management
Budget tracking and control

Experience

3-5 Years’ experience in project management, ideally in the field of civil works, real estate and telecommunications
Experience to manage and monitor subcontractors
Capable to provide project quality analytics and improvements
Fast adoption to new projects, ideally Due Diligence projects
Understanding of infrastructure lease contracts

Skills

Basic understanding of real-estate environment, ideally mobile network passive infrastructure
Create and manage project plans
Data evaluation skills, excel, ideally Netsite
Report creation
MS-Office suite
German: Fluent / Native
Englisch: Fluent
