RIZE’s client is looking to recruit a Delivery Guarantee Manager (m/f/d) in Mexico.

Your Profile and Responsibilities:

Mainly responsible for the satisfaction management, major project guarantees and resource planning committee operations etc., as a platform department to support the business development of the business department.

• Satisfaction management: Responsible for customer order scoring & customer anonymous satisfaction survey results. Regularly organize business-related personnel to communicate with customers, collect customer voices, classify voices and assign them to responsible people, supervise the responsible people to complete sound analysis and provide improvement measures
• Urge the responsible persons to complete improvements based on the improvement measures and send them regularly to internal and Customer Management report; identify problems in satisfaction management and formulate improvement measures to improve first-line satisfaction
• Major project guarantee: guarantee major projects in accordance with the major project guarantee procedures
• Refresh and release the map of major projects monthly; take the lead in organizing relevant personnel to guarantee the guarantee requirements put forward by the business departments; identify risky projects according to the rules and actively intervene in guarantees; send guarantee reports on major projects regularly; identify major project guarantee issues and formulate improvement measures for improvement to ensure that major projects do not have quality problems, complaints, etc.
• Operation of the resource planning committee: based on the operation rules of the resource planning committee, routinely confirm capacity requirements with the front line, supervise the business departments to reserve corresponding resources, identify operational problems and analyze and improve; communicate with the agency resource planning committee interface person to adjust production capacity
