Ihr Profil:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium/ Ausbildung im Bereich IT, Datenverarbeitung oder vergleichbar
• Erfahrung als Reporting- oder Datenanalyst
• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und hohe Eigenmotivation neue Skills & Tools zu erlernen
• Flexible Anpassung an wechselnde Prioritäten und Aufgabenbereiche sowie Detailorientiertes Arbeiten
• Sicherer Umgang mit der Microsoft Office Suite, besonders Excel
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Erstellung von Projektreports, einschließlich der Entwicklung verschiedener Berichtsformate,
• Dashboards, Präsentationen und anderer Ad-hoc-Berichte
• Erfassung von Reporting-Anforderungen und deren Validierung
• Konfiguration und Erstellung der Reports inkl. der Implementierung in das Business
• Unterstützung der Projektleiter und der Teams bei der Optimierung der Arbeitsabläufe und der Entscheidungsfindung durch Auswertung und Analyse der Reports
• Verantwortung für die Erstellung und Lieferung der zugewiesenen regelmäßigen und Ad-hoc
• Berichte bis zu einem definierten Stichtag

Your profile:

• Completed studies/training in the field of IT, data processing or similar
• Experience as a reporting or data analyst
• Strong analytical skills and high self-motivation to learn new skills & tools
• Flexible adaptation to changing priorities and task areas as well as detail-oriented work
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (data clean-up, Pivot, lookup functions, data visualization)
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken)

Your responsibilities:

• Creation of project reports, including the development of various report formats, dashboards, presentations and other ad-hoc reports
• Gathering reporting requirements and validating them
• Configuration and creation of reports including implementation into the business
• Supporting project managers and teams in optimising workflows and decision-making by evaluating and analysing decision-making through evaluation and analysis of reports
• Responsibility for the creation and delivery of assigned regular and ad-hoc reports by a defined deadline
