At least has 4 years CS Project experience and skills to secure the network Safety/Stable/Strong
Improve the quality and efficiency of maintenance work through process or department operations.
Ensuring and enhance service delivery to customer;
Communicate well with HQ/Region/Office Management about the maintenance work;
Master the team management and coach the team well;
Routine follow the network risks(EOS/Temp licenses/Single Failure Point) to be eliminated;
Summarise the work progress timely and know the network weak points to improve;
Have skills about at least one product of Wireless/Cloud Core/Network;
Have maintenance experience in different projects/countries at least 4 years;
Keep SLA and achieving maximum network availability;
Skilful with Maintenance Platform like iCare/NetCare/ISDP
Standby 24 x 7 and able to react to Critical Network Faults;
Fluent in English communication and writing;
Have skilful Office operation skills
