Job Description
- Be responsible for managing daily business operation support activities and provide service according Business operation service catalogue
- Responsible for CRM operation
- Manage incident and problem restoration and escalation to Level 3 support
- Manage and execute the operational commitments, including scope of services, service levels/performance metrics, service quality, and cost of service.
- Interact daily with the customer and suppliers to resolve complex issues questions.
