OSS maintenance experience and analyse the performance issue from Subscriber side to Core Network side
Familiar with signal and user traffic procedure of 2G/3G/4G core network
Familiar with PS/CS work procedure with signal and service traffic
Familiar with CEM platform
Priority High: With basic Linux knowledge and basic Operation skills
Priority High: With basic knowledge of Data Communication (for example, knowledge on TCP/IP protocol) and basic Operation skills (for example, Switch configuration)
Priority High: With basic Database knowledge and operation skills.
Priority Medium: Familiar with the Networking Structure of Core network, with Basic Knowledge of the network CS/PS
Priority Medium: With basic O&M Capability of IT product-related platforms, For example, Rack Server and Blade Server
Priority Low: Familiar with the Organizational Structure of Telecom Carriers
