Job Description:

• Be involved in the CORE and AS Network Elements installation, commissioning and configuration of CORE NEs, according with the LLDs. May be responsible to revise the final version of LLDs drafted by Technical Team.
• Involved in testing, commissioning and ATPs of Core NEs. Support the teams during NEs internal and external integrations including with upper and lower layers and third parties.
• Be responsible to follow-up the acceptance tests cases with technical team and customer with daily records and report to TD all problems;
• Have hands-on training with experts to be able to later perform equipment configurations and troubleshooting;
• Signaling Tracing of different protocols, analyzing and working with CDRs of different Network Elements IN, MSS, CGW, etc.
• May be involved in Upgrades of Core Network Elements, performing routine, preventive and corrective maintenance on Network Elements
• Writing SOPs Work Instructions for Level-1 and Level-2 support teams regarding different Network Element installations, configurations and quick resolution procedures during outages.
• If performance is good, he may join the L2 O&M during Business Operation Phase and later L3 of Technical Support team

Minimum Required Skills / Competencies:

• Minimum Experience in Similar Roles or Projects 5 years;
• High Level of English language knowledge both written and spoken;
• Knowledge of the Portuguese Telecom Market and Portugal Cultural and Geography knowledge is desired too;
• Experience in working with Chinese companies and corporate culture is preferable.
• Good working knowledge of 3GPP, IETF and GSMA standards and architectures and working knowledge of IP networks,
• Knowledge on Capturing and Analyzing traces SIP, RTP, DNS, etc. from different Network Elements.
• Good understanding of Operational and Business support systems.
• Project lifecycle understanding. Good time management and ability to work to deadlines.
• A self-motivated team player with strong communication and inter-personal skills. Always recognized and appreciated as a creative and effective planner and problem solver.

• Puede estar involucrado en actualizaciones de elementos de red principales, realizando mantenimiento de rutina, preventivo y correctivo en elementos de red
• Redacción de instrucciones de trabajo de SOP para equipos de soporte de nivel 1 y nivel 2 con respecto a diferentes instalaciones de elementos de red, configuraciones y procedimientos de resolución rápida durante interrupciones.

• Si el rendimiento es bueno, puede unirse a L2 O&M durante la Fase de operación comercial y luego a la L3 del equipo de Soporte técnico.

  Habilidades / competencias mínimas requeridas:

• Experiencia mínima en roles o proyectos similares 5 años;
• Alto nivel de conocimiento del idioma inglés tanto escrito como hablado;
• Conocimiento del mercado portugués de las telecomunicaciones y del conocimiento cultural y geográfico de Portugal.
• Es preferible tener experiencia trabajando con empresas chinas y cultura corporativa.
• Buen conocimiento práctico de los estándares y arquitecturas 3GPP, IETF y GSMA y conocimiento práctico de las redes IP,
• Conocimientos en Captura y Análisis de trazas SIP, RTP, DNS, etc. de diferentes Elementos de Red.
• Buen conocimiento de los sistemas de soporte operativo y empresarial.
• Comprensión del ciclo de vida del proyecto. Buena gestión del tiempo y capacidad para trabajar según los plazos.
