Experience in managing contracts, billing or Invoice processing
Managing and Driving OEM and 3rd party vendors in-line with the OLA/SLA agreed
Create response to bids, proposal and contract negotiations
Create, write, negotiate and review hardware or software licensing contracts
Monitor and Validate the contract performance and perform rewrite and amends as necessary
Lead the contract negotiations and manage all changes and addendum’s to the existing contracts
