• Ownership of purchasing, contract and subcontractor processes and its tools
• End to end contract(s) owner in all means towards customer and partners (needs to know contracts by heart)
• All purchasing activities regarding subcontractor services and its HW
• Owner of partner(s) framework agreement
• Owner of customer framework agreement
• Deputy of GPM (E2E Project Manager)
• Leadership of partner evaluation process

Knowledge & Experience

• Must be extremely knowledgeable about the German construction industry
• Demonstrates competence in all areas of fibre construction, and outside plant with advanced specialized knowledge
• A total awareness and understanding of current Health and Safety procedures for working within region
• Experienced in partner sourcing, related processes and its applications
• Attention to detail and accuracy coupled with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Excellent communication skills required in German language
• Used to interpret contracts and its clauses in a precise manner
• Able to communicate with people across multiple locations and at different levels
• Knowledge and used to work with latest Microsoft Office application
