Commodity Manager für den strategischen Einkauf im Tiefbau

Unser Kunde ist ein europäischer Internetspezialist mit vielen erfolgreichen Marken, 11.000 Mitarbeitern und 68 Millionen Benutzerkonten in 18 Ländern.

Für unseren Bereich „Infrastruktur“ suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt weitere Unterstützung für den strategischen Einkauf von Tiefbauleistungen, einschließlich Glasfaserinstallation und Inhouse-Verkabelung.

Mehrjährige Erfahrung im strategischen Einkauf sowie Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in der Beschaffung von Bauleistungen sind erforderlich. Erfahrungen in der Telekommunikationsbranche sind wünschenswert, aber keine Voraussetzung.

Sie sind verantwortlich für:

• Analyse der relevanten Beschaffungsmärkte zur Identifizierung neuer Bezugsquellen und aktueller Markt-, Produkt- und Preistrends.

• Vorausschauende, gruppenweite Koordination und Organisation von Einkaufsaktivitäten.

• Durchführung nationaler Ausschreibungsprojekte einschließlich Konzeption und Erstellung der erforderlichen Unterlagen.

• Führung komplexer und unternehmensübergreifender Verhandlungen. Dies beinhaltet auch die Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen für das Management.

• Kontinuierliche Analyse von Produktgruppen und proaktive Identifizierung beschaffungsrelevanter Projekte und Einsparpotenziale.

• Business Partner für interne Kunden und Fachabteilungen für die Beschaffungsstrategie der Produktgruppe.

Ihre gewünschten Erfahrungen:

Sie haben durch Ihre bisherigen beruflichen Tätigkeiten bereits mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung im strategischen Einkauf gesammelt. Sie haben eine kaufmännische Ausbildung abgeschlossen, ein Studium (Betriebswirtschaft, Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) wäre wünschenswert, ist aber keine Voraussetzung.

Sie bringen außerdem mit:

• Sehr gute Arbeitssystematik, Ergebnis-, Ziel- und Lösungsorientierung in Projekten und Lieferantengesprächen.

• Kommunikationstalent, Teamfähigkeit und eine zuverlässige, präzise und selbstständige Arbeitsweise.

• Gute MS Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint.

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.

Commodity Manager for Strategic Purchasing in Civil Engineering

Our client is a European internet specialist with many successful brands, 11,000 employees and 68 million user accounts in 18 countries.

For our “Infrastructure” division, we are looking for further support for the strategic purchasing of civil engineering services, including Fiber optic installation and in-house cabling, at the earliest possible date.

Several years of experience in strategic purchasing as well as knowledge and experience in the procurement of construction services are required. Experience in the telecommunications industry is desirable but not a prerequisite.

You will be responsible for;

• Analysing the relevant procurement markets to identify new sources of supply and current market, product and price trends.

• Forward-looking, group-wide coordination and organization of purchasing activities.

• Implementation of national tendering projects including conception and preparation of the required documents.

• Leading complex and cross-company negotiations. This also includes the preparation of decision papers for the management.

• Continuous analysis of product groups and proactive identification of procurement-relevant projects and potential savings.

• Business partner for internal customers and specialist departments for the procurement strategy of the product group.

The experience we desire;

You have already gained several years of practical experience in strategic purchasing through your previous professional activities. You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, a degree (business administration, IT, industrial engineering) would be desirable, but is not a prerequisite.

You also have:

• Very good working system, result, target and solution orientation in projects and supplier discussions.

• A talent for communication, the ability to work in a team and a reliable, precise and independent way of working.

• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Very good German and good English skills.
