• Ownership of rollout tools and its database in its dedicated region
• Cluster end to end responsibility towards customer, partners and internal stakeholders
• Managing partners on a day by day base
• Second escalation phase for onsite issues
• Plan and execute program in conjunction with given subcontractor(s), from kick off till customer acceptance inclusive inhouse installations and its documents
• Reporting, forecasting, risk identification/mitigation, escalation, cost management, invoicing
• Ensuring the project schedule is being met
• Ensuring H&S regulations are 100% fulfilled
• Contribution to partner evaluation process

Knowledge & Experience

• Must be knowledgeable about the German construction industry
• Demonstrates competence in all areas of fibre construction, and outside plant with advanced specialized knowledge
• Awareness and understanding of current Health and Safety procedures for working within its region
• Ability to work independent with a slope to entrepreneur ship
• Ability to oversight and manage several workstreams in parallel
• Experienced in dynamic rollout projects on a large scale
• Familiar with supply chain and its processes
• Good communication skills required in German language, English would be beneficial
• Knowledge and used to work with latest Microsoft Office application
• Car driving licence
