Education

• Bachelor in Civil works, or
• Architect, or
• Professional experience in Civil Works

Background

• Working experience in roll-out projects, ideally in Telco sector
• Ideally working for a Tower-co or supplier to Towercos
• Civil works and superstructure building experience

Location

• Preferred Munich based
• Optional regional home-base
• Travelling across Germany, occasionally abroad

Skills

• Good understanding of Civil works constrictions, metal and building foundations
• Extensive Project management experience and methodologies
• Profound MS office tools know-how, to create reports and presentations, make analysis

Tasks

• Tracking of activities of subcontractors
• Check engineering documents for consistency and cost efficiency
• Quality management of constructions
• Acceptance process management
• Managing authorities building permission process
• Tracking of SLA’s and KPI’s for timely delivery
• Develop process improvements and implement
• Managing individual Tower build budgets
• Provide reports and manage inventory
• Maintain customer communication
