The civil engineering project management consultant is responsible for managing the project delivery, ensuring that the project is successfully delivered according to the contract, and is responsible for the project scope, schedule, cost, and delivery quality. Including detailed planning and planning projects in the planning phase, monitoring the project schedule and delivery, project issues and risk management in the implementation phase, and focusing on the needs of customers and other important stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job requirements

• At least five years of project management experience.
• Fluent in English, can be used as a working language, and have good communication skills. Working experience outside China is preferred.
• Understand the requirements of data centres for building design and have project management consultant experience in data centre scenarios is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in civil engineering, construction, or related majors. The title of construction engineer is preferred.
• Familiar with civil engineering design and engineering structure, and proficient in using engineering drawing software.
• Strong on-site communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility, and teamwork spirit.
• Experience in architectural design institutes and large construction units is preferred.
