RIZE’s client is looking to recruit a CBS Engineer (m/f/d) in Africa on a freelance basis.

Tasks:

Be responsible for managing daily business operation support activities and provide service according to the business operation service catalogue
Responsible for CBS Inventory, Order, Product, Partner, Customer Mgmt, other CBS modules operation
Manage incident and problem restoration and escalation to Level 3 support
Manage and execute the operational commitments, including scope of services, service levels/performance metrics, service quality, and cost of service
Interact daily with the customer and suppliers to resolve complex issues questions
