Ihr Profil:

• Hochschulabschluss oder vergleichbare Erfahrung mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen / Ökonomie / Management / o.ä.
• Mehrere (mindestens 3-5) Jahre Berufserfahrung in (internationalen) Telekommunikationsunternehmen
• Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Verhandlung und Förderung von Dark Fibre Vendor Business
• Breites Verständnis der technischen, regulatorischen und finanziellen Implikationen für das Management von Dark Fibre in Telekommunikationsunternehmen
• Überblick über Wettbewerbslandschaften, Strukturen und Branchentrends in der Dark-Fiber-Industrie sowie ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für gängige KPIs
• Sehr gute Fähigkeiten im Projektmanagement
• Sehr analytische, aber pragmatische Denkweise, Fähigkeit, in einem Start-up-Umfeld Prioritäten zu setzen
• Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Verhandlung von Dark-Fiber-Verträgen, Koordination mit allen internen Stakeholdern vom Kick-off bis zur Unterzeichnung
• Verwaltung der gesamten In-Life-Phase von Dark Fibre: Bestellung, Bereitstellung und Kostenkontrolle von Leitungen
• Entwicklung von Digitalisierungsinitiativen, um den Automatisierungsgrad der Arbeitsabläufe kontinuierlich zu erhöhen
• Verbesserung der kurz-, mittel- und langfristigen Berichterstattung zu Dark-Fiber-Problemen
• Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Dark-Fiber-Strategie in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Senior Management

RIZE’s client is looking to recruit a Carrier Manager (m/f/d) in Munich.

Your Profile:

• University degree or comparable experience with focus on industrial engineering / economics / management / or similar
• Several (minimum 3-5) years of professional experience in (international) telecommunications companies
• Proven experience in negotiating and driving dark fibre vendor business
• Broad understanding of technical, regulatory, and financial implications for dark fibre management in telecommunication companies
• Overview of competitor landscapes, structures and industry trends in the dark fibre industry as well as keen understanding of common KPIs
• Very good project management skills
• Very analytic but pragmatic mindset, ability to prioritize in a start-up environment
• Business fluent in German and English

Your Responsibilities:

• Negotiate dark fibre contracts, coordinate with all internal stakeholders from kick-off to signing
• Manage the complete inlife phase of dark fibre: ordering, deployment, and cost control of lines
• Develop digitalisation initiatives to increase constantly the degree of automatization in the workflow
• Improve short, mid and long term reporting on dark fibre issues
• Support of the enhancement of our dark fibre strategy together with the Senior Management
