Cost-effective and timely implementation of all new construction measures and complex conversion measures
Support and implementation of public approval procedures
Structural and technical planning while ensuring compliance with technical, legal and DFMG - specific regulations and specifications
Implementation of construction inspections
Examination and approval of offers, planning documents and measurements
Ensuring the operator and owner obligations at sites during planning and construction phases
Maintenance of relevant DFMG IT systems

Conditions

Completed technical studies (e.g. building construction, electrical engineering, supply engineering) or comparable qualification
Good knowledge of construction law, HOAI and VOB
Good knowledge of occupational safety
Altitude compatibility (G41)
Good knowledge of standard PC software (e.g. MS Office)
