RIZE’s client is looking to recruit a Build Manager Fixed (m/f/d) in Sothend-On-Sea / Essex.

Your profile and responsibilities:

To support with pre-build walkouts, ensuring that there is a Delivery representation on all pre-build walkouts to give the best chance for delivery Right First Time
To ensure that there are sufficient Traffic Management plans in order for the sites to be safe for civils team and compliant as per permitting conditions / CF standards
To ensure that the build programme is maintained and delivered to, allowing the cabling team a view on ECD’s of build
To ensure that all Civils teams and permits have a supervisor assigned to the works, taking ownership of the street/permit
To prepare all delivery measurements on a daily cycle, along with final maps to ensure accurate information and accurate financials on application for payment
To ensure that the Delivery team provide final maps to the Civils team to ensure that the registrations can be completed in a timely manner
To support the Civils team in the creation of Permits, ensuring that the correct details are included as per the pre-build walkout
To support in the preparation of the Certificate of Payment to CityFibre each month
To manage the Delivery team, ensuring that each team member has regular 1-2- 1’s, clear objectives
To lead the Delivery team, identifying training requirements for each team member to address any potential weaknesses within the resources skill set
