• Have understanding of change management procedures and running multiple technology projects including directory services and web-services
• Experience with business analysis to understand the business requirements and implementation needs for successful implementation of the SSO related technologies
• 3+ years’ experience with Identity and Access Management solutions and technologies
• Strong programming experience in Java, Java Script, Python etc
• 3+ years of configuration/development/supporting and implementation experience with IAM solutions.
• Experience on CA Technologies will advantageous.
• Demonstrable ability to analyse and understand business/technology needs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong multi-tasking skills to engineering multiple parallel efforts
• Solid grasp of a development organisation and the SDLC along with change management procedures/protocols, documentation and testing
• Needs to be a self-starter
