Als unser Projektstartkoordinator stehen Sie an vorderster Front und sorgen dafür, dass neue Projekte reibungslos initiiert werden. Ihre Aufgaben reichen von der Zusammenarbeit mit städtischen Ämtern und Behörden bis hin zur Koordinierung von Anträgen, Genehmigungen und Compliance-Maßnahmen. Ihr Talent für effektive Kommunikation wird von entscheidender Bedeutung sein, wenn Sie mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern, darunter Fachunternehmen und Projektteilnehmern, zusammenarbeiten, um wichtige Projektinformationen zu sammeln.
Neben der Organisation interner und externer Kick-off-Meetings ist es Ihre Aufgabe, Angebote von externen Spezialunternehmen einzuholen, Vorschläge zu bewerten und die am besten geeigneten Partner auszuwählen. Ihre akribische Liebe zum Detail wird glänzen, wenn Sie alle Projektabläufe sorgfältig dokumentieren und so sicherstellen, dass eine umfassende Projektdokumentation durchgehend gepflegt wird.
Um in dieser Rolle erfolgreich zu sein, bringen Sie eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation sowie fließende Deutschkenntnisse und idealerweise Kenntnisse in weiteren Sprachen mit. Ihre ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Ihre Teamplayer-Mentalität zeichnen Sie aus, während Ihre unabhängige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise dafür sorgt, dass Aufgaben effizient erledigt werden.
Während Erfahrungen in der Telekommunikationsbranche von Vorteil sind, werden ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an Genehmigungen, kommunalen Vorgehensweisen und Grundkenntnisse im Netzausbau sehr geschätzt.
Der Sitz des Büros ist in Köln, die Tätigkeit kann jedoch auch aus der Ferne ausgeübt werden, wobei seltene Reisen erforderlich sind.

As our Project Start Coordinator, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring the smooth initiation of new projects. Your responsibilities will span from liaising with city departments and authorities to coordinating applications, approvals, and compliance measures. Your knack for effective communication will be pivotal as you engage with various stakeholders, including specialist companies and project participants, to gather crucial project information.
In addition to orchestrating internal and external kick-off meetings, you’ll be tasked with soliciting offers from external specialist companies, assessing proposals, and selecting the best-fit partners. Your meticulous attention to detail will shine as you meticulously document all project proceedings, ensuring comprehensive project documentation is maintained throughout.
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring to the table commercial training or equivalent qualifications, coupled with fluency in German and ideally proficiency in other languages. Your stellar communication skills and team-player mentality will set you apart, while your independent and structured approach to work will ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
While experience in the telecommunications industry is advantageous, a keen interest in permits, municipal approaches, and basic knowledge of network expansion will be highly valued.
The office is based in Cologne, but the role can be done remotely with some infrequent travel.
