IHR AUFGABENBEREICH:

• Management und Verhandlung von Verträgen mit unseren Baupartnern für den Bereich CTIO

• Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Lieferantenauswahlprogrammen, um sicherzustellen, dass die besten Baupartner im Einklang mit den Unternehmensrichtlinien ausgewählt werden

• Management neuer Baupartner und zugelassener Baupartner in Bezug auf ihre Verantwortlichkeiten und Pflichten

• Definition von Standards zur Bewertung der Leistung zugelassener Lieferanten

• Ausarbeitung von Lieferantenstrategien und langfristiger Entwicklung sowie Preisverhandlungen

• Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team evaluieren Sie aktuelle Managementprogramme für Baupartner und identifizieren Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

WEN SUCHEN WIR?

• Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Ausbildung

• Erste Erfahrungen in vergleichbaren Positionen, idealerweise in der Telekommunikations-, Versorgungs- oder Infrastrukturbranche

• Sehr gute Strukturierungs- und Detailgenauigkeit sowie analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten

• Solide Kenntnisse aller gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel, Workflow, Mapping

• Erfahrungen mit ERP-Tools (SAP) sind ein Plus

• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch

YOUR FIELD OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Management and negotiation of contracts with our construction partners for the CTIO area

• Assist in the implementation of supplier selection programs to ensure that the best construction partners are selected in line with company policies

• Management of new construction partners and approved construction partners in relation to their responsibilities and obligations

• Definition of standards for evaluating the performance of approved suppliers

• Preparation of supplier strategies and long-term development as well as price negotiations

• Together with your team, you will evaluate current management programs for construction partners and identify improvement measures

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Degree in business administration or comparable training

• Initial experience in comparable positions, ideally in the telecommunications, utilities or infrastructure industry

• Very good structuring, attention to detail and analytical and conceptual skills

• Solid knowledge of all common MS Office applications, especially Excel, workflow, mapping

• Experience with ERP tools (SAP) is a plus

• Excellent communication skills in German and English
