Ihr Profil:

• Verantwortung für das gesamte Programmmanagement des ISP
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld mit Führungserfahrung sowie im Multiprojektmanagement
• Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Nachrichtentechnik/Telekommunikation oder nachweisbare
• Praxiserfahrung in den oben genannten Bereichen
• Erstellung von aussagekräftigen Berichten für andere Programmverantwortliche im Unternehmen

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Koordination von projektübergreifenden Aktivitäten
• Anwendung von Änderungs-, Risiko- und Ressourcenmanagement
• Verbesserung von Prozessen
• Entwicklung und Kontrolle von Terminen, Budgets und Aktivitäten
• Bestimmen und pflegen Sie dazu die richtigen Strukturen und Methoden
• Schaffen Sie Ressourcen- und Kostenplanungs-, Steuerungs- und Eskalationssysteme sowie eine kontinuierliche
• Sie fungieren als strategisches Bindeglied zwischen den beteiligten Teams und Abteilungen, um die Ziele des Unternehmens erfolgreich zu erreichen.

Your Profile:

• A completed apprenticeship or degree in the field of communications engineering/telecommunications, or provable
• Practical experience in the above-mentioned areas
• Several years of experience in a comparable environment with leadership experience as well as in multi-project management

Your responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the entire programme management of the ISP

• Conception, organisation and management of company-wide projects as well as definition of appropriate

• strategies and goals

• You act as a strategic link between the teams and departments involved in order to successfully achieve the company’s goals.

• Determine and maintain the correct structures and methods for this purpose

• Create resource and cost planning, management and escalation systems, as well as continuous process

• improvement of processes

• Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities

• Coordination of cross-project activities

• Application of change, risk and resource management

• Preparation of meaningful reports for other programme managers in the company
