Für einen unserer Kunden suchen wir einen FTTX Projektmanager (m/w/d) in Brandenburg.

Ihr Profil:

• Die besten Voraussetzungen haben Sie, wenn Sie eine Meister-/Technikerausbildung mit IT-/Telekommunikationstechnik oder eine E-Technik-Ausbildung haben.
• Sie haben bereits Erfahrung im Baumanagement Infrastruktur oder Telekommunikation mit dem Schwerpunkt Glasfasertechnik.
• Für die Position als Bauleiter Breitbandausbau (m/w/d) sollten Sie bereits Projekterfahrung FttB/H o.ä. haben und Erfahrung mit Dokumentationssystemen (GIS, SAP PM, Command) mitbringen.
• Wichtig ist, dass Sie entscheidungs- und kommunikationsfähig sind und proaktiv sowie ergebnis- und kundenorientiert arbeiten.
• Sie starten von zu Hause aus als mobiler Baubetreuer.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Als Breitbandbauleiter/in sind Sie für die Bauleitung von Breitbandprojekten verantwortlich. Sie stellen die Schnittstellen zu Bauprojekten sicher und überwachen und koordinieren interne und externe Auftragnehmer.
• Sie sorgen für die erfolgreiche und termingerechte Umsetzung von Bauprojekten sowie für die Überwachung und Kontrolle der Kosten und des eingesetzten Materials.
• In Ihrer Funktion als Bauleiter/in sind Sie für die Kontrolle und Abnahme von Bauleistungen, Aufmaß und Abrechnung sowie Dokumentation zuständig.
• Sie sind verantwortlich für die Einhaltung der Förderbedingungen in den geförderten Bereichen und für die Einhaltung der Sicherheitsvorschriften und gesetzlichen Bestimmungen.

Your Profile:

• You have the best qualifications if you have a master craftsman/technician qualification with IT/telecommunications engineering or E-technical training.
• You already have experience in construction management infrastructure or telecommunications with a focus on fiber optic technology.
• For the position as construction supervisor broadband expansion (m/f/d) you should already have project experience FttB/H or similar and bring experience with documentation systems (GIS, SAP PM, Command).
• It is also important to us that you have decision-making and communication skills and that you are proactive and result- and customer-oriented.
• You start from home as a mobile construction supervisor.

Your responsibilities:

• As a broadband construction manager, you will be responsible for the construction management of broadband projects.
• You are responsible for complying with the funding conditions in funded areas and for complying with safety regulations and legal requirements.
• In your position as construction supervisor, you will be responsible for checking and accepting construction work, measurements and billing as well as documentation.
• You ensure the interfaces to construction projects at and monitor and coordinate internal and external contractors.
• You will ensure the successful and timely implementation of construction projects as well as the monitoring and control of costs and the materials used.
