Job Description

RIZE’s client is looking to recruit a 5G RNO Engineer (m/f/d) in Africa.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Day to Day activity for Monitoring and optimize all Major KPI’s related to (Accessibility, Retainability, Mobility & Service Integrity)
  • Senior Knowledge of RF optimization and strong capability to optimize Parameters/ Load Balancing between layers of multiple carriers/Implementation of Features
  • Drive test log file analysis with strong recommendations of Coverage & Quality issues, Call Drops, and Throughput Analysis including Layer 3 Messages
  • Customer complaint handling & signalling trace analysis

Your Profile:

  • Hands-on Experience for Planning and drive testing tools
  • Good customer interaction and communication skills
  • More than 1 years of Huawei’s strong technical experience
  • Strong in 5G
