· Have industry influence. A dependable consultant of customer executives. Advice in network quality improvement including network planning, design, optimization etc.

· Further strategy partner relationship with customer and lead mid- and long-term network evolution plan of customer’s network.

· By analysing a series of users’ behaviour and users’ real experience, give suggestion on the network precise improvement.

· From the business aspect, give the suggestion on the network operation, such as reducing OPEX.

Qualifications: Education/Knowledge/Technical Skills and Experience

The following may be acquired through a combination of formal or self-education, prior experience or on-the-job training:

· Over 10-15 years’ experience in telecom industry. Deep understanding on telecom network technology, especially in network planning, design and optimization etc. Need to have Huawei network planning, design and optimization consultant experience. Know Huawei equipment.

· Deep understanding on operator network and operation.

· Demonstrated expert skills in operator network management, structure, and optimization.

· Excellent communication and high-level executive engagement skills.

· Others: having experience in Africa is better.
