Defining setting up and scoping new projects to meet strategy and requirements.
Manage a matrix organization providing end to end delivery assurance of project lifecycle delivered to customer both internal and external requirements.
Partner management to ensure timely delivery and excellent execution.
Manage a team of Project Coordinator/ managers for swap/rollout
End to end program management (acquisition, Planning, Build, Maintenance, pre/post sales)

Requirements

At least 7 years working experience in Project Management of Wireless Access Network Rollout or Swap projects
Very good communication skills internal and in Customer interface
Good technical background and state of the art knowledge of GSM/UMTS/LTE systems and rollout project experience
Fluent oral and written German, English and French
