Support Engineers provides an excellent technical support experience to our Enterprise customers of using cloud service. From problem identification to full resolution, handle technical issues.

Experience in this role will provide great opportunities to interact with versions, collaborate with product group teams and improve future versions of HUAWEI Cloud services as a subject matter expert.

Candidate must be a strong critical thinker, and enjoy solving problems

Support Engineers are involved with some high-profile issues, and therefore must be able to handle both pressure and complex situations. Candidates must also have strong customer service, accurate logical problem solving and communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.

• Prior knowledge Cloud services (IAAS/PAAS/SAAS), and/or network architecture is required. If you enjoy being the problem-solver in the spotlight of critical problems, then this position will excite and challenge you
• 2 plus years’ experience in customer services
• Experience building relationships with customers
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivation and an ability to use initiative
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to ambiguous and changing situations
• Ability to manage high pressure situations
• Fluent in English (written and oral) is mandatory
