Job Description

  • Have strong technical skill on EPC/UPCC including CloudUSN, CloudUGW, CloudUPCC and CloudePDG.
  • Have experience in NFV Cloud platform including NFVI, VIM and VNFM.
  • Have capabilities to perform self-analysis and give suggestion to customer.
  • Good attitude and always prompt to support customer any time.
  • Good English communication skill

 

General Description of Duties and Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for the NFV EPC/UPCC MA.
  • To be key Interface between Huawei and customer
  • To resolve problem issues and implement solution within SLA.
  • To check and implement precaution.
  • Network assurance including incident recovery & non-working hours on-call support.
  • Work location is DTAC building, Bangkok, Thailand
