Responsible for managing team of real estate experts as well as appointed subcontractors
Managing and negotiation of Site Lease Renewals and extensions, (directly or with external partners in order to secure asset base
Strategic definition of cost rental optimization program
Interaction with site providers
Interaction with customer and their Legal department in case of risk, critical issues
Lease registrations in case required
Point of contact for external partners, Legal, Accounting and others with regards to Real Estate domain
Point of contact to other operators with regards to contract handling
Knowledge of real estate’s / contract management, ideally 3 years of experience
Legal background a plus
People management skills
