High level LTE Optimization Expert (with UMTS, GSM optimization experience preferred),
Master with LTE optimization methodologies and skill, like accessibility, retainability and mobility, has deep diving skills of Huawei radio products and related tools (FMA, Omstar, Genex Cloud offline etc.) to do optimization analysis;
Familiar with 3GPP protocols (main chapters to give customer indication of optimization related clarification, has enough knowledge and experience of making network strategies like interoperation, CA, VoLTE and etc.
Have expertise of doing radio network insight to catch main problems of live network and be good at make related actions to improve KPIs to achieve targets;
End to End VoLTE and Video service troubleshooting and optimization experience is a plus.
Expert must have deep dive LTE optimization, network strategy setting and parameter fine tuning experience on Huawei eRAN products. There will be serious interview with our experts.
