At least 8 years of Core Network CS working experience In Huawei equipment
At least 5 years successful project experience with a role of Core Network Team leader, and work for MSC Pool Solution, LTE CSFB solution, AOIP and HD Voice solution.
Strong knowledge of Huawei Core Network principles which MSC, MGW, STP, SPS and HLR, also familiar with Others;
Be familiar with interface protocol including A, IU, C/D, E, SGs, CAP, MAP, and location/voice call flow;
Be familiar with software upgrade, hardware replacement. equipment cutover
Excellent network parameter planning skill, and guide the Team to make parameter Principles;
Excellent network optimization to improve the KPI (LUSR, PSR, CSSR, CSR)
Excellent in communication skill and be able to convince the customer;
Excellent in project management or technical skill;
