Job Description
- Independent planning of enhancements and improvements of the existing IT environment and its support and monitoring (VMWARE, mail, DNS, DHCP, syslog server, firewall, etc.)
- Installation and support of VoIP solutions (based on Asterisk)
- Ensure the safe operation of the systems Administration of Linux and Unix systems
- Assistance in the implementation of system administration projects
- 2nd level support for business and private customers
Qualifications
- Professional experience in the administration of an environment with Linux systems
- Sound network knowledge
- Knowledge of SQL and scripting languages
- Willingness to take responsibility
- Interest in dealing with a rapidly changing technology every day
- Willingness to provide on-call service (about every 4-5 weeks)
- German fluent in writing and language, good English skills
