More than 8 years of Huawei strong technical experience. Strong in 4G also capability in 2G
Day to Day activity for Monitoring and optimize all Major KPI’s related to (Accessibility, Retainability, Mobility & Service Integrity).
Senior Knowledge of RF optimization and strong capability to optimize Parameters/ Load Balancing between layers multiple carriers/Implementation of Features.
Drive test log file analysis with strong recommendations of Coverage & Quality issues, Call Drops and Throughput Analysis including Layer 3 Messages.
Customer complaint handling & signalling trace analysis using U2000/PCHR.
Hands on Experience for Planning and drive testing tools like U-Net and Probe & Assistant.
Good customer interaction and communication skills.
Must have Huawei swap Ericsson project experiences.
