The field of activity includes the fibre optic broadband network with the following areas of responsibility:
- Responsible for the monitoring and control of managed data and communication networks
- Execution and coordination of 1st level orders and failures in the network management center
- Prioritize fault messages and document order and fault clearance processes
- Planning the malfunctions in the ticket system (assignment to the service unit) and ensure the quality management of the malfunction processing
- Lead the escalation scenarios in case of violation of service level agreements
- Support the processes of network work in technology and communication (planning, release, execution, completion)
- Operation of the information and transmission networks according to the service level agreements
- Management of customer concerns, service providers and service levels. You participate in shift work.
