Carrier Verification Engineer - Lithuania OR Norway

• Drive/mobility field testing of mobile devices (e.g. 3G/4G/5G)

• Building and executing mobile device test plans

• Regression testing and verification

• Bug triage

• Review modem and Android logs

• Report, investigate, track, and follow up on software issues

• Asset management and tracking (hardware and software)

• Software OTA update management

• In-market product support

• Review product compliance and query for CM item status with the development team

• Maintain automated test harness

• Preparation of deliverables required as part of Carrier testing of Google hardware and software, including release notes compliance documentation etc.

• Tracking and prioritization of bugs and the communication of bug status to stakeholders

• Bug management, ensuring fixes are targeted at the appropriate projects and that bugs are routed appropriately and followed up.

• Build notifications to Technical Account Management and field Test teams (identifying & broadcasting correct builds for testing on each project)

• Maintenance (periodic updating/checking) of EMEA Carrier lab testing schedule milestones. Ensuring alignment with central team schedules checking for inconsistencies and ensuring accuracy

• Consolidating EMEA test status (from internal and external testing for a unified view)

• Carrier requirement compliance support activities including completing compliance documents based on inputs from engineering teams

• Carrier engineering status reporting.

• Prepare material for reporting of Carrier engineering project status to stakeholders
